Care That Lets Children Thrive

Whether you need a babysitter for date night, a nanny for your weekday routine, or a tutor to help with schoolwork, Qutiepies Services matches your family with caregivers who are patient, engaged, and dependable.

We take time to learn your children's personalities, routines, and your family's expectations, so the care they receive feels consistent and familiar.

Thoughtful Childcare. Practical Support for Your Family.

Qutiepies Services helps families request nanny care, babysitting, tutoring, and homeschool assistance across Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio, Texas. We begin with your children’s needs, your household’s routines, and the responsibilities you want help with, then discuss an arrangement that fits your family.

Nanny Care & Family Support

For families seeking regular childcare, nanny support focuses on attentive care and familiar daily routines. Discuss your children’s ages, preferred hours, and care priorities with us so expectations are clear before an arrangement begins.

Agreed responsibilities may include age-appropriate play, story time, children’s meal routines, and child-related tidying. If you need broader family-assistant support, explain the tasks you have in mind so we can discuss suitability, scheduling, and the scope of the role. Household duties are agreed in advance rather than assumed.

Babysitting & Occasional Care

Request childcare for appointments, work commitments, an evening away, or other occasional needs. Share your preferred date and time, the number and ages of your children, and any routines or instructions the caregiver should follow. Availability and care arrangements must be confirmed before your booking is finalized.

Tutoring & Learning Support

Request additional help with schoolwork, subject practice, and learning routines. Tell us your child’s grade level, the subjects they need support with, and the goals you would like to work toward. We will discuss the requested focus and schedule without promising specific grades or academic outcomes.

Homeschool Assistance

For families learning at home, request support with the curriculum, activities, and schedule you establish. Explain whether you need help guiding daily lessons, supporting independent practice, or maintaining a consistent learning routine so we can discuss suitable assistance.

A Clear Plan Before Care Begins

Include your location, preferred days and times, children’s ages, and requested responsibilities when you inquire. Before care begins, discuss household instructions, emergency contacts, authorized pickups, and any relevant care needs directly with our team. Please do not include sensitive medical information in the initial request form.

We will review availability, duties, scheduling, pricing, and next steps with you. If you also need cleaning, pet care, meal preparation, or non-medical senior support, include those interests so each service can be discussed separately.

Nanny-Family Assistants

An ideal solution for busy families, a nanny-family assistant coordinates and organizes daily family activities. Much like our personal assistants, nanny-family assistants work directly as parents' helpers, completing a range of tasks. Families trust Qutiepie to provide experienced, professional nanny-family assistants to ensure that their household is running smoothly. Duties may include paying bills, sorting mail, running errands, overseeing maintenance work, and childcare.

Elite Qutiepie nanny-family assistants are professional and educated. They generally have completed a Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree, or several years of college. Typically, they have prior experience as an office assistant, nanny, or household manager. They are computer savvy and comfortable using modern communication technology.

We place family and personal assistants for long-term full-time and part-time positions. The hourly salary for a nanny-family assistant depends on credentials, experience, and job requirements.
